Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the BeInterActiv website and services — AI chat agents, AI voice agents, and the unified follow-up inbox — provided by BeInterActiv, a service of ADTIVO LLC.

Plans and billing. Plans are billed monthly at the prices shown on our Pricing page. There are no setup costs and no contracts; you may cancel at any time. If you're not satisfied, you can end your service at the close of your billing cycle and you won't be charged again.

What you provide. You agree to provide accurate business information for setup, and you are responsible for the content your agents are trained on and for maintaining regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction.

Messaging. You may only connect channels and accounts you own or are authorized to use, and you are responsible for having the necessary permissions from your own contacts for messages sent on your behalf.

Availability. Our services depend on third-party platforms and channels, whose availability can change; we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Acceptable use. You may not use the services for unlawful purposes, spam, or deception.

Liability. The services are provided as-is, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the current subscription period.

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
